1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused: Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
• Try-on allowed: Items may be tried on indoors to check size and fit.
• Original packaging: Items must include original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
• Complete item: All parts and accessories included with your order must be returned.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong style:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your package.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Richnia will cover the return costs and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After review, we will provide one of the following solutions:

• Replacement item
• Replacement parts (if applicable)
• Full refund

You do not need to return defective items unless specifically requested.
