Richnia Return & Refund Policy
At Richnia, we want you to love your crafting journey. We understand that learning a new skill takes patience, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
If things don’t go as planned, here is how we can help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
 Unopened & Unused: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
 Complete Kit: All components of the kit (including the yarn, crochet hook, stuffing, accessories, and tutorial access cards) must be returned together.
 No Cut Yarn: Once the yarn has been cut, crocheted, or altered in any way, the kit is no longer eligible for a return.
2. Return Shipping & Fees
 Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, buying the wrong style, or finding the craft "too difficult," the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
 Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
 Pre-paid Labels: We do not provide free return shipping labels for standard returns. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our quality, but mistakes can happen during transit. If your order is damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered:
 What to Do: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Carerichnia@gmail.com.
 What to Provide: To process a replacement or refund for damaged goods, you must provide:
1. Your Order Number.
2. Clear photos or a short video showing the damaged/defective parts (e.g., broken hook, stained yarn, missing crucial accessories).
 Our Solution: Once approved, we will send you a replacement part or a brand-new kit free of charge, or issue a full refund. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
4. Stuck or Having Trouble? (Our "SOS" Help Program)
Before you request a return because you are stuck on a stitch, please let us help! 99% of our customers who think they "can't do it" end up succeeding with a little guidance.
 Contact Our Friendly Team: Send a photo or video of your current progress to Carerichnia@gmail.com or text us.
 Our experienced crochet helpers will look at your work, tell you exactly where to insert your hook next, and get you back on track.
 We promise you can do this!
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
 Digital Products/Gift Cards: Any digital downloads or gift cards purchased on our site are final sale and non-refundable.
 Items Bought on Sale: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased using clearance discount codes cannot be refunded.
6. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at Carerichnia@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
 Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
