Wrap a soft tape (or a strip of paper) around your wrist just below the wrist bone and note the measurement. This bracelet comes in one size, made for wrists from 18 to 24 cm (7.1″–9.4″) — the buckle's row of adjustment holes fine-tunes the fit from there.
